What are your lead times?

Lead times vary depending on the product. Our team takes pride in our reliable service and goes the extra mile to make sure our products are delivered on time. We offer “Rapid” lead times on most of our products to expedite lead times, which comes in handy for those time-sensitive deals.

Can I speak with your sales or warranty departments?

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Being in the equipment business for more than 70 years, we know “stuff” happens. Submit a warranty claim or call us at (800) 458-3773. All we need is the product’s serial number, a description of the issue, and a few photos of the problem. We’ll take care of the rest.

What are your product warranties?

Rockland has common sense, no-hassle warranties that cover any failure due to defective materials, design, or workmanship.

I am a machine operator, how can I get a quote for a Rockland attachment?

Can my order be expedited?

We understand the importance of timely delivery so you get what you need when you need it. That’s why we offer our expedited “Rapid” lead time option, designed specifically to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Talk to your Account Manager and look for the “Rapid” lead time option on all of your Rockland quotes.

Which equipment brands will work with Rockland Manufacturing attachments?

Where can I purchase Rockland products?

Rockland sells products exclusively through attachment dealers which means you can’t purchase them directly on our website. If you don’t already have a dealer, visit our Find a Dealer page to get connected with one near you.

Can I rent Rockland Manufacturing attachments?

Absolutely! You can rent Rockland attachments from most nearby rental houses. Reach out to your local dealer to learn more about how you can rent an attachment.

Where can I get a parts and installation manual for my attachment?

Every Rockland product is shipped to the dealer with a “Parts and Installation Manual.” If your manual is missing, give us a call at (800) 458-3773 or contact us with your product serial number and we’ll email you a copy right away!

Does Rockland Manufacturing sell used attachments?

Some dealers may carry used attachments. If you’re interested in a used Rockland attachment, get in touch with your local dealer for more information.

What are the products made from?

All Rockland attachments are built from high-strength alloy steels, and every piece of steel we use is certified directly for the steel producer to meet our stringent requirements.

We carry many types and grades of steel so we can deliver the best possible products to our customers, no matter the application. Each product is built with a unique blend of these steel types to achieve the desired result, whether to reduce weight, increase wear protection, or provide the best structural integrity possible.
