Full-Time Opportunities:
Steel Yard Operator: Yard Operators cut, process, bend, and form steel parts for production jobs. Wage starts at $15.00/hr.
Machine Shop Operator: Machine Shop Operators process production parts on manual and CNC machines. Starting wage varies depending upon experience, from $15.00-$20.00/hr.
Fitter/Welders: Fitter/Welders fit and weld parts for production jobs. Must be able to read blueprints. Wage starts at $20.00/hr.
Welder: Welders weld parts for production jobs. We weld a little differently than most, using 1/16th metal core wire and an average of 400 amps. Must be able to read blueprints. Wage starts at $20.00/hr.
Final Assembly Technician: Perform final finishing work, including surface prep for paint, assembly of final parts, installation of hydraulics, etc. Wage starts at $15.00/hr.
NEW Part-Time Opportunities:
We are starting a new part-time shift, with flexible hours, for Machinists, Welders, Fitters, and Final Assembly Technicians. Part-time positions will receive a $3 per hour premium over our regular full-time rates. Part-Time Rocklanders are not eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, and other benefits are limited.
