An extremely economical option, the Narrow Solid-Strut Thumb gets the job done for operators who don’t re-position their thumb often or don’t have auxiliary hydraulics. This thumb’s design eliminates setting and welding loose parts and keeps weight to a minimum while providing a positive three-point pickup on all load sizes, quickly and efficiently.
The Narrow Solid-Strut Thumb is made from high-strength, weight-saving alloy steel, and all pivot points are line bored after welding for perfect alignment. This thumb’s mechanical pin stores the thumb out of the way when not in use and comes fully assembled for easy machine installation.
